    I don't introduce you to women or maintain a database of singles.

    Instead, I coach you on the practical skills that make dating easier - from your dating profile to conversations, first dates and everything that comes after.

  • Pickup artists rely on toxic scripts, manipulation, and high-volume rejection.

    portmanteau works only with men who are looking for serious, intentional, long-term relationships. There are no canned lines or psychological mind games here.

  • Most of my clients are professional men in Singapore in their late 20s to late 30s.

    Many are already doing well in their careers but feel confused or fatigued by modern dating. They're often getting few matches, struggling to move conversations offline or wondering why dates don't progress.

    Most coaching is conducted over Google Meet, although selected sessions, such as personal shopping or practice dates for Dating Deep Dives, are conducted in person in Singapore.

  • That depends on the service.

    A Profile Audit is delivered as a written report within 3 working days.

    Sprints and Deep Dives are scheduled around your availability and goals, but I usually recommend 1 session a week - for a total of 3 weeks for Sprints and 6-8 weeks for Deep Dives.

    Nobody can honestly guarantee that.

    What I can promise is thoughtful feedback, practical coaching and a structured approach that helps you become more intentional, self-aware and confident in dating - which increases your chances.

    The goal isn't to memorise scripts or "game". It's to understand what good dating looks like and become more intentional in how you approach it.

    I'll give you principles, frameworks and feedback rather than scripts.

    Every woman is different. Dating works much better when your conversations sound like you, not like something copied from the internet.

  • Every coaching session begins with a clear goal. We then work through your blockers, your experiences and your beliefs. Through our conversation, you will uncover assumptions that you never knew that you had about yourself, leading to breakthroughs.

    We then create an action and accountability plan to ensure you follow through and anchor your learnings.

  • Practice sessions are conducted either online or in person, either in parts or as a full mock date.

    You will get real-time feedback on your appearance, your communication and practical, actionable tips to improve your date experiences.

  • Yes.

    Your profile is reviewed as a whole - photos, prompts, bio, consistency and the overall impression you're creating.

  • At the moment, yes.

    portmanteau is currently designed only for men who want serious relationships.

  • No. Coaching is 100% confidential.

    Everything discussed during coaching remains confidential unless disclosure is required by Singapore law or there's a serious risk of harm.

    Many clients value coaching because it's a private space to ask questions they wouldn't normally feel comfortable asking elsewhere.

  • No. Most of our clients are high-performing PMETs who excel professionally. You don't hire an executive coach or mentor because you are failing at your job; you hire one to accelerate your trajectory.
